Sick leave laws

Following is detailed information from the State of California's Department of Industrial Relations. This link should answer all questions you have on the new sick leave law which came into effect July 1, 2015.

Sick leave law

The California Department of Industrial Relations requires that a copy of the Notice to Employee (Labor Code section 2810.5) form be distributed to all employees by July 8. (As a best practice, dentists should have staff sign the document as well.)
